We provide Concierge services to for-profit and non-profit organizations of all sizes, and we also work with the private
sector. We welcome simple, or inventive and challenging requests inside and outside the U.S., as long as they are legally and morally in sync with our Universal Concierge Code of Ethics. We only use vendors we know and trust, and/or vendors that have been referred to us by our professional Concierge network. We know you are familiar with the type of work a Concierge does, this is why you won't find a long list of services displayed on our page. Below are just a few examples of services we provide... your corporate or leisure travel, meeting spaces of any sizes anywhere in the U.S. and the world, yacht rentals, interpreters, moving arrangements, team building events, hotel nights, jets and helicopters bookings, private parties, personal shopping, exclusive access to awards events, international travel arrangements, dinner reservations, fine art, birthday celebrations. Concierge Without Frontiers was founded by Nicolas Niboucha. Based in Los Angeles, Nicolas is a multicultural and multilingual Concierge with 20 years of experience. Nicolas was born in the South of France, and moved to Frankfurt Germany at a young age to work in his family owned hotel. Later on, to strengthen his hospitality career, Nicolas traveled throughout Europe to familiarize himself with as many cultures as possible prior to making his way to Los Angeles. Nicolas's humble demeanor was acquired by working with a wide range of guests from all corners of the globe. He has serviced top corporate clients, middle class families, elite hotel guests, the average Joe, royalty, as well as Hollywood and sports celebrities. His years of exposure, coupled with his great sense of adaptability, his impulse to genuinely assist others and his appreciation for challenges, enables him to approach his clients' needs with an honest, open, and creative mind. Also, in order to optimize production, Nicolas works with a solid group of hotel Concierge colleagues who are trusted professionals, currently active in the field, and members of Concierge Associations nationwide.

There are "Concierges" in apartment buildings and department stores. We have assisted living "Concierge" services, hospital "Concierges", car dealership "Concierges", security officers "Concierges" and the list goes on... Hiring somebody for a customer service position and simply labeling that individual with a Concierge title will not automatically make that person deliver over-the-top quality services and professionalism.
Apple computer, for example, held a focus group to find ways to set their new retail stores apart from their competition. When the group was asked about the best service they’d ever experienced, 19 out of the 20 participants said it was at a hotel with the Concierge.
Excellent experienced Concierges are geniuses, magicians in the art of Guest services. They have a spirit that separates them from other hospitality professionals, and always practice their craft to elevate it to the level of art. They have the capacity to be one of the greatest in one’s field, while remaining humble. With humility, comes a passion for continuous learning and a deep-seated desire to be helpful. The unrelenting dedication to find a way to make it happen, no matter what “it” is.
A true story I like to tell people to help understand the meaning of the "C" word. A hotel guest at a Beverly Hills 5 star boutique hotel told a Concierge, “I just purchased a baby elephant while in town and I am having it delivered to the hotel in an hour. I want to "store" it on your property until tomorrow.” The concierge’s response: “I have the perfect spot for him in our tropical garden near the fountain, he'll be very comfortable. I'll also make sure to have some food delivered to him in case he is hungry. ”
An excellent Concierge will never say "You want what? We can't do that". Quite the contrary, a real Concierge is always ready to take action, because the capacity to get it done often arises from drawing from one’s personal experiences.
Concierges always bring all aspects of themselves into their work, because making it personal is one of their most powerful tools.
The dedication to saying “yes” and making it happen. It’s what we do. The willingness, commitment, creativity, readiness for action, “putting your whole self in” and master collaboration with other reliable networks are the underlying principles.
